You must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order if there is a problem, including:

Wrong item received
Issues reported after 72 hours are not eligible for replacement.
Return Item for Review (If Required)
In most cases, we may ask you to send the item back for investigation.
Once the product is inspected, we will determine the appropriate resolution.
